Fat Loss Results: Diet vs AAS

Hey guys I have always wonder when you run AAS how much percent of achieving results your diet is, 25% diet 75% AAS and training? or maybe 50-50, the reason of my question is because I'm speciallist braking diets lol, the longest I have been on a clean diet was a month before braking it, I was thinking of running test and anavar for cutting and I was wondering if there is any roid that helps to supress my appettite? thank you guys.
 
Diet is crucial for weight loss, even if you are using AAS. If you will eat hamburgers all the time while using AAS, you will still not lose weight, and you will only gain additional weight. AAS are just a tool that can give you certain benefits, but they are not a carte-blanche to eat anything you'd like to. Therefore, when using steroids make sure to follow a stringent diet if you want to achieve good results.
 
there is really no black and white answer and everyone's body will have a different opinion based on their experiences

for me DIET DIET DIET.. if i eat more i gain, if i eat less i lose

now with any PED's the nice thing about them is if you eat more you utilize more food, and if you eat less you prevent muscle wasting. THAT is how it should be approached!

and yes training is very important. if you train an hour a day like a jackass and don't push yourself you will never get better!
