i know alot about AAS is going on here....but its about bodybuilding and losing fat more so ...... read this aticle on fat loss and body metablism ......so anyway....i believe that this approach while off cycle might help some ppl solidify their gains better, and not rely so much on the real deal. I mean most ppl have a clue but this is a nice lil sum up of how the body deals with fat loss and maintance. Its a lil in depth but from this board alone you can refernce any term i am sure...... hope this helps someone out.
