i've been using the 3-day DNP theory and have had some good results. then a few weeks ago, i added a few things to my routine. Here it is if anyone wants to give it a try.
-DNP 3days at 800/800/400mg
-Yohimbine HCL topically 2x daily
-1 thermal cut 1/2 hour before i head to the gym
-20g Creatine/90g dextrose/60g protein 3 minutes after last lift.
-1/2 hour cardio after lifting
*i'm going to be adding some T3 in the next few weeks, i'll post if it has any signifigant effects*
The 1/2 hour of carido usually burns around 400 cals, but with DNP, that number is closer to 600 cals. and who knows how much is burned during the intense workout portion.
i have been losing an average of 4lbs/day when on the dnp, and 3 lbs/day on my other 4 days off. I know some is obviously water, but still, the weight is shedding off me.
here are my stats cause i know someone will ask...
6'8" 288lbs (was 350 this past summer)
15%BF (and rapidly decreasing)

That's what I heard also.
