Brothers and sisters I come to you with another worry...
Before Anabolics(until very recently) I used to eat alot of eggs, whole eggs.. I get them from a farmer and I ate around 12whole eggs a day for 10 years now.. Cholesterol levels are just fine nothing to worry about... but I do understand that while the body has an external source of Testosterone the thyroid stops converting cholesterol into this hormone and there might be a cholesterol buildup? I'm very worried about this one my whole diet is based on the nutritious fat concept.. How am I supposed to change my diet now? or i shouldnt worry about this?
