Fat Guy and Test?

I am starting hgh and test. I work out like a mad man tons of cardio and high rep lifting. at the advice from a friend I am starting this cycle. Question is I assume the hgh is going to help me trim down quicker. But will the test be counter productive? I really dont know a lot about test. Im set to do 250 mg a week for ten weeks. Any idea what I can expect?
When i say fat i dont imply huge fat just a bit of a gut but i have very large frame. at 14% bf i was 245ish and not overly muscular. I will be limiting carbs even more so than now and stepping up the cardio. I finally start in the morning so any advice would be great.

I'm around 11% BF, and a lot lighter, and was told I shouldn't even think about starting AAS until I reach my natural peaks. I'm assuming you should diet+excercise as much as possible before you start anything like that as well. But I'll leave the rest to be confirmed by the Pros.
 
14% at 245...thats not really a 'fat guy' If that is a good guess of your bf then you should be fine. To me thats the perfect weight to start a good winter cycle.
you shouldnt expect alot of muscle gain from 250mg of test. you Could cut on that. i would run 500mg of test at that weight
 
From what he said, I'm guessing he's not 14%BF now..... He said he WAS 14% and 245..... My take on it is it won't hurt anything to add Test into your plan.... As you gain muscle, you will burn more fat, and look better.... However, just cause youre using Test, dont' expect a huge transformation in the muscle dept.... Youre not gonna go from Orson Wells to Arnold is what I mean.... Most important part of your plan is the cardio to be honest.... Why? Cause if you don't lose the fat, the muscle can't be seen.... Sure, lifting is important too, so you gotta lift hard too..... Usually it's a good idea to slim down 1st before you do a cycle, but in your case if you only wanna do 250 per week while dieting down, it can't hurt..... I get heavy easy if I dont' watch, and I have done light cycles while dieting down myself.... It helps you lose fat a lil faster, so go for it..... That's my take at least....

You should not be lifting light weights with high reps. That won't do shit for fat loss. That's a 1980's myth. You need to use heavy weights with moderate reps, around 6-10. Diet is key. If you're going to use test, run at least 500 mgs/wk and use an anti-e like arimidex.
