Fat Girls & drinking water

This fat girl at the gym was telling me yesterday that I drink too much water. She said that if anyone drinks more than 8 0z. glasses of water a day it goes to waste cause the body doesn't absorb it and you just eventually piss it out. personally, I drink one gallon when lifting, and two more during the entire day.
ALSO, she said that if someone's piss color is clear then something is wrong, she said if it's dark then something is wrong. my piss color is clear to yellow shade. Is something wrong with me???
*I know this fat girl is wrong but I hope she's not right about only drinking 8 oz. glasses of water a day.

SHE IS WRONG BRO. AS A BB U NEED MORE WATER TO REPLACE WHAT SWEAT OUT DURING THE DAY. SHE IS FAT AND MOST LIKELY UGLY TOO. TELL HER TO SHUT IT!

Next time she says ur drinking too much say yeah ur right. and proceed to dump the water on her. when the water clings to her shirt and clings to the rolls just laugh at her stupidity.:D :D
 
mucles are 76% water anyways, no water=no muscle, Like someone said in the past, ask her if she is allergic to the tread mill,lol;)

Yes, you can drink too much water, which can cause your body to wash out electrolytes and nutrients. However, you have to get up into the three or four gallons per day range, or more depending on your size and diet.
 
This was pretty funny - all of you making comments about someone being fat and most of you are too fucking stupid to know about water intake.

If you are going to invest in gear, protein and supplements not to mention the time at the gym - why ignore the basics like water, sleep and recovery.

Maybe you should stop making fun of fat people and open a fucking book. You do know what a book is don't you? How about if I get all the fat people together on the fat people board and they make fun of your stupidity?

I agree with you with not flaming fat people for being fat, but did you read the whole thread man?. This was posted on the anabolic board, and the chic claimed that 8oz was enough water.

We all know this is bullshit since an athlete that trains with weights and has a high portein intake needs at least a gallon, specially while on steroids.

I'm not flaming btw, just read the thread and youll get it. Take care.

Why should it matter if she was fat or not. If she was skinny - would that have even been mentioned?

I read it - but still - if you are going to lift weights why aren't you going to at least educate YOURSELF on the basics? The same goes for teens that are taking gear - some are clueless and end up doing more damage than good to themselves.

If you are working out at a gym and consider your self a body builder then you are a complete moron if you don't educate yourself about your own body. I am amazed that people will spend hours reading labels on containers but won't invest a few hours into reading BOOKS - not magazines - about their bodies.

Yes, that is something I consider stupid.

Well yeah I would consider that rather dumb also. But, why are you assuming everyone that posted on this thread doesn't read books and educate themselves?
