I am curious as to what do you all think of this after 3-4 days on normal Atkin's type day.. maybe a day or 2 of >1000 calories to really try and shed a LOT of fat right before the carb-up..?
1000 calories a day that's like Janet Jackson's diet
and she's hot to, heh
I supose you could do that for some extra fat loss
flax and protein shake about 5 shakes
around 1000 cals or so
I don't think it would hurt your metabolism
if you only do it once or twice a week
it's good especially if you could handle it

I usually eat anywhere between 1000-1100 calories everyday. I have to admit though, that towards the end of the week, that the combination of low calories and no/lo carbs really starts to wear on my energy level.
I guess the only way you will find out if it works for you and has a positive effect on your body is if you try it out for a couple of weeks.
