fat cheeks....Help please

I'm only using fina and 1-T(otc)
My cheeks are embarrising me. what can I use to get them to thin out?

I don't see why everyone cares so much about a little bloat in the face, especially during the winter. Might want to try some arimidex and cut the sodium out of your diet.
