Fat Burning foods??

I know Omegas are great...
but im talking about meals itself...
what are some things i can have more of that would help me burn off some of my flabby tissue. im still trying to gain size, and want to lean out as well

suggestions plz! :)
 
Spinach, Broccoli, chicken, tuna, peanut butter, almonds, beans, berries, oats, turkey, whole wheat breads and grains, whey protein,
 
anything green, leafy and fibrous... you will spend more calories digesting it than what it gives you.
