Fat Burners

Ok please forgive me if this has been asked a billion times already but i have a few questions about Fat Burners.

Firstly, Are they effective and thus worth the extortionate price they charge for them? My diet is pretty clean but i can't shift stuborn fat

2. Which are the best fat burners?

3. Most fat burners in the UK like Xenedrine and Hydroxicuts come without Ephedrine making them possibly less effecitve? If this is so would it be better to import them from the US or are the ephedrine free fat burners just as effective?

I think a good regimen of Green tea and EFA's will help burn more fat than any of that other shit, JMO.
