Fat burner Question?

I have heard alot about ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. I wanted to know how many mg of each do people start with and for how long.undefinedundefined

The normal dosage is 20 mg ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, and 1 aspirin (300 mgs).

(However, if you've never used an ECA stack before, you may want to half that to start.)

I pretty much take it all the time, I go off for a few days here and there, but I don't follow a set on/off schedule.
