lol, yeah if you like to crap your pants and severe flatulence.
It does seem interesting but the side effects are bad, the fat stays in your stool and makes it oily and loose. The call it "spotting" but it means a listed side effect is constant skidmarks lol

Xenical blocks a third of the daily fat intake from being absorbed. Patients in one study lost three times as much weight as the placebo group and helps diabetics stabilize their blood sugars.
There are lots of benefits of it and since its not likely to be abused then people should try it out and see if they are prone to the side effects. Some people may not be, but an obese person with crappy drawers would not be a pretty sight either

People would think they had to pass a little silent gas, only to end up with a gusher in their pants. One girl I knew who was only like 15 pounds overweight but too lazy to exercise tried it for a week. She shit her pants at work just from a hard sneeze. She was 23 at the time and wearing adult diapers to try to keep her panties clean. And the smell.... oh lord it doesn't smell like shit, not that fresh heavenly baked in your guts aroma... but it is a pure chemical smell.

Since fat slows carb absorption, I wonder how blocking a portion of the overall fat intake will help diabetics??

they gain weight after they stop cause they dont excercise at all during and especially after they stop. they want to lose weight with the "magic" pill but dont want to work for it to lose weight and keep it off. then they will complain the pills dont work.
