Sorry for posting this here, but need help on this FAST! I'm out of whey protein and will need something high fast absorbed as whey post workout today. What to use??? What type of food would be the fastest, protein that is..?? White fish? Tuna?
True, but the ones we have at our gyms/stores all SUCK..Too much fat in them, I've treid telling the gym/stores that we need a low fat one, but they don't seem to listen. So what else to take??
