Fast meal on gear???

When you using gear you try to eat the best you can but when your on the run or maybe had to go somewhere unexpected and your due to eat what do you eat? Last night I got called at the last minute and had no choice but hit the road. I got on the road and realized I should be eating soon. I had 20 fast food places and couldn't decide. What do you eat in that situation??
 
If I was on a bulking cycle I'd hit whatever joint had chicken and get a few sandwiches with a large water. If it was a cutting cycle then you'd be a little more limited but still, chicken, preferably grilled. Maybe Chik-fil-a chicken salad or comperable. Again, with plenty of water.

Edit: I also know that Wendy's has baked potatoes, so get one without the extras along with a grilled chicked sand. and you'd be set.
 
Just go 2 Mc Donalds and get the (grilled chicken) has like 35 grams protein 5 fat ...Thats the only thing you can eat from there ...but @ least its some thing if your on the run
 
SUBWAY- Turkey or chicken breast on whole wheat (no mayo)

McD- grilled chicken sandwich plain (no mayo)
if you need it though on some bbq sauce
 
it depends on your metabolism, i have a fast one, so when im bulking i eat lots of burgers, icecream, cookies, muffins, you name it. i just make sure to get my 300g of proteing and fill up the calories with anything i can.
 
I agree with the guys above, get something with chicken. The other night i was forced into some tacco bell (prolly the worst fast food, even the chicken taccos)
but if i needed to eat, subway would be my first choice, after that i guess a chicken sandwhich at Mc's or BK, or Wendys
 
I like to take a slim fast or two with whey protein powder when I can't sit down for a meal. Shake and drink- boom you're done.

carry a couple cans of tuna around with you or a peanut butter sandwich. works for me.

If I did that I'd be on the toilet for 30 minutes cleaning out my colon :mad:
 
i always have a few of those pre-mixed protein shakes by world wide nutrition,(the brand won't matter)you can shoot b wendy's and get the grilled chicken and baked potatoe,boston market for their whole chicken ,and eat that.you gotta few choices.depends what you find.:p
