you are so naughty

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr baby! :rose:

Its been proven that they can be worked ED or EOD or maybe even 3-4 Times a Day or more for hours on end... and they recover really fast!

..... (shhhhh.... our little secret  )

Is that true that forearms can be worked ed?

Failing that, are their implants :worried:

I'd worry a little bit about tendonitis in my forearms if I worked them EoD or ED. Also, depending on how you work your forearms, you could cause some grip/wrist issues.

The worst thing about forearm tendonitis (i.e. tennis elbow) is you continually re-injure it during the day doing the most ordinary things.

Assuming no complications though, what are the other considerastiosn. Would it hamper or help faciliate growth?

so seriously, no EOD on forearms? 'cause I've been doing them EOD
I got tennis elbow in my left arm once by over-doing reverse curls because I could "feel the burn" when I did them. Turns-out, the "burn" lasted for months and months despite icing, days off and some electrical stim.

Since then, i'm just careful with my forearms. Having said that I just finished reverse curls :)

OK, I think I get this forearm thing now.
Forearms get worked plenty through out the week while doing other lifts

I rarely work forearms directly. I think deadlifts and everything else do quite well.

Barbell holds rule though.
