I've been reading about the difference between 'healthy' trans fat that naturally occur in beef and dairy, and 'bad' trans fat that is manmade, partially hydrogenated oil, etc... and it led me to this question:

Is the trans fat in beef from fast food (McD, wendy's, etc) the good kind of trans fat foun
