I'm doing 400mgs of DNP a day but of course the week I plan it for will see temps of 100 everyday. Tomorrow the heat index for NY is between 100 and 110.
This sucks, I sweat all day long and just feel uncomfortable. Last time I did it was over the winter. That was great, I was wearing a tanktop while hanging out in 50 degree weather, I spoiled myself with that cycle
I've been eating better this time around, more better carbs, breads, pasta, fruits, etc and less crap. I was on break last time around so I just sat around all day and ate (lots of ice cream
I think this cycle will be more effective and I'm happy, I just hate putting deodorant on at 9am and having it wear off by 930. I don't smell or anything but the most disgusting thing to me is feeling dry moisture in my pits, hehe.
Heat exhaustion is another concern of mine being that Korey Stringer and that NU player just passed away so I've been trying to keep myself well hydrated with Powerade, Gatorade and water. I'm much smarter this time around (#3) and can't wait till next week to see the results.
I guess my advice would be, if you live in a heatpit, wait a few weeks till its cooler!!!
Just my rant
