Extreme Bulking...Opinions

Ok its week 3 of my bulker and im up 15lbs, fat is still under 10%, so im thinking of changing my caloric intake from a meal every 2 hours, to, a meal every hour. what do you guys think? good idea, bad idea.
lets hear it...

BTW right now im eating over 5000 calories a day.

I'd say your doing fine right now with what your doing.....dont mess with it....if you want to add more cals in then add 1-2 T ANPB to every meal you have now...great way off adding cals and protein...
 
i guess you could do it.. but i think 1 hr is too short of a time frame for your body to utilize the food... I have read the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM for refeeds (real food) is around 2 hours...

Ok, ill go with that advice. im probably gonna add PB in the morning and my PW meal. also i might, just might, get some protein shakes. ill have to force myself though, i hate them. ne ways, thanx a lot guys. some good advice.
 
There is a limmit on how much your body will use. However im from the Lee Priest bulking school too!

lol, ye that little guy blows right up. my mode of thinking was, over load the body so it can use up to its max and the rest will come out as waste.
 
i would think it all depends on how much you are eating every hour. it seems that the caloric intake you are using now is working and if you want to experiment, try cutting every mean in half so you are still getting the same caloric intake, but eating every hour. this may keep your bodies metabolism at its peak throughout the day??

The rest wont come out as waste, it will get stored as fat....dont think thats what your wanting, so just monitor your bodyfat levels as you increase the calories. If you start getting fatter, take em down a bit....however, if you increase them and dont gain an ounce of fat....eatttt eatttt eatttt
 
Don't add the pb in your pwo meal. You want a minimum amount of fat in that meal. Just stick with eating every two hours and add in the pb every meal except post workout.
 
ok thanx guys. the reason why i wanted to up the cals is, right now im below 10% bf, so i can risk it, but i agree if i do add fat, i would lower them. or eat cleaner. now its off to the gym.
