extra light olive oil v.s flax seed oil?

My grocery stores don't carry flax seed oil, but I can my hands on olive oil.. Will either one matter?

What's the difference between extra light olive oil and normal olive oil?

I'm currently using extra light olive oil.

I use the extra light also, I think the only difference is that you dont get as much of that olive aftertaste.

price difference, i think that is all. i used flax and olive oil, but i like olive oil better, proley because im italian

either one will work, Flaxseed contains more Omega 3's, but I think you'll be fine w/ the olive oil...

the quality of the oil:


extra means rich fruity taste, distinguished aroma and distinctive colour.

Normal olive oil: this consists of a mix of refined olive oil and an oil
between extra vierge and vierge olive oil, it has a good to normal taste

you need to look at "Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cold Pressed"
that is the best you can find
