Extra flexability in Joints (Double Jointed)

How many of you guys have extra flexability in your joints? Which joints?
I have learned about this and people with extra flexability are more likely to not experience arthritus in later age.


I have extra flexability in my:
Fingers
Wrists
Shoulders
Knees

I can lock up one finger knuckle at a time, bend my thumb behind my hand, and when I was younger I could put both ankles behind my head and walk like a crab. Actually, when I was in my early thirties, I could stretch on the ground until my nose could touch my knees. I always tried to stay as flexible as I could just for injury prevention.

interesting about the arthritis info. I used to be wicked flexible in HS.. not any more! haha
not double jointed.
