can anyone tell me if you have to sign when you receive something express mail? just wanting to make sure.

express mail via USPS will have a signature waiver area on the form you write the address. you have to check that box and sign when shipping for the signature to be waived upon delivery.

A recomedation would be to take a highlighter and highlite the waive sig box as they sometimes overlook it.

Another suggestion is to make sure you push hard on the pen so that it goes through all 3-4 sheets of paper as it gets delivered with one of the bottom sheets. I made this mistake.

I use a yellow high-light marker and fill the sig waive box, like was mentioned.
