Wanted to know how long past the expiration dates I should still be thinking about using some of the stuff that I have. I took a long-ass break from the gym (approx. 4 years) and now I want to return. I want it bad. I have been working out again. I just went into my med. cabinet and found some stuff that I have had around. Some of it looked funny and I threw it away - ie discolored or too viscuous. Some of it looks fine. I have a few that just expired back in Sept. of 2002 and some that are older.
Whats the word out there on this?
