Expert input on esters

I recently got a bunch of agoviron test suspension. My question is about it containing the ester isobutyrate. Nomally test suspension strength increases can be noticed very quickly after injection. My assuption is that most test suspensions contain no ester. Since isobutyrate has a 6 day half life I am wondering how long it takes to notice strength increases with agoviron compared to other test suspension. I would also like to know how often it needs to be injected.

If it has an ester I don't see how you can call it Suspension. By definition Suspension has no ester, which is also why strength increases come so quickly.

That is what I don't understand! Agoviron is considered test suspenion but i has and ester. How can they call it suspension. How should it be run compared to real suspension?
