Okay so this is the first time I put something up on Ebay for sale. I'm selling the rims off my old car and they have already got 5 bids and hit well over the reserved price. I'm using a paypal account to transfer the money and the shipping price is $150.... my question

- Does the money get transfered to me immediatly after the bidding or do I have to wait until after the buyer receives the wheels?

and let me know some tips if there is any other that can help, thnx

buyer pays you before you ship. Sometimes they pay right away, sometimes they may take a couple or so days to send paypal.

The more pics the better it will do.

Curvymommy is the ebay queen.

u should of tried craigslist first.
my buddy gets rid of alot of his stuff locally thru there quick.

he'll probably get more for them on ebay though.

yeah I'm getting right now twice the amount I thought I was going to get

Craigslist sucks for sellers, everyone on CL wants a wicked deal. Last time I put something on CL my best offer was $250 and I had about 13-14 offers total. On e-bay I got over $1200. Fuck CL unless you're a buyer or looking for hookers.

if the high bidder doesn't pay in full to you then you don't ship.

Also, when they do pay, give it a few days for the Paypal amount to be transfered to your banking account before shipping so they can't reverse the charges. Especially if they pay with Paypal E-check.

paypal is awesome if u r a buyer....less so if u r a seller. they keep raising their fees for collection! i am considering going back to money order only for my auctions...but payal is just so easy and convienent for both buyer and seller.... :mix:

I agree with buck, CL is so much easier and typically you get a quick sale. I buy a ton of stuff there, just meet them in a lot somewhere.
