Experiance with express mail....

How does express mail work, do they drop it off at your door step? Do you have to sign? Does UPS deliver it? Never ordered from someone who isnt local so i am just wondering. Thanks bros

USPS Express can either be signed or not signed (depending on instruction from the sender). Usually Priority does not need to be signed.
