Exp. T3 Users Please Read

I am planning to add T3 into the last 3-4 weeks of my 10 week EQ cycle. I have never used T3 before. I have been doing some research on it, and there seems to be some confusion. Some have said that it is just plain catabolic to muscle, and others say that it actually improves protein metabolism and reduces BF, while sparing muscle. What type of results have you seen with T3?

Also, what dosing schedule would you recommend for a novice user at 215 lbs and 12% BF? Should I use it for 3 or 4 weeks? Is the risk worth the benefits?
 
When used on a bulking cycle with a lot of gear, T-3 helps with protein synthesis and the catabolic effects are pretty much nulled, however for a bulking cycle, its advised to not go over 50mg a day. On a cutting cycle, its should be used in higer doses, starting with 25mcg and tapering up to 150mcg or so. You shouldn't really have too much to worry about as long as you keep protein intake high and if your EQ dosage is above average. Its when you use T-3 without any extra gear that you have to worry about wasting the muscles away from catabolism, so it should be OK for ya.

if you are going to use T3, my suggestion is to add some test to your cycle. T3 can be very catabolic. basically what happens is it that you have a faster metabolism even though you have a reduced caloric intake. it causes your body to utilize protein, carbs, and fats more efficiently. i am currently in my third week of T3, this is my first time as well. there seems to be a few different ways to adminster the drug, and all seem to yield the desired results. i wouldn't recommend more than 6 weeks on followed by at least 3-4 months OFF. e-mail if you need more information, i may be of use to you.

i'm going to be using 400mg/wk of the ttokkyo eq - i want to try to drop down by 2 or 3% BF by the end of the cycle

yellowjacket - what dosage of clen do u use?
 
is it OK to split the 50mcg pills - i remember a post from slopain regarding uneven distribution of the active ingredients in a pill - when we're talkin about something as small as 50 mcg, it seems like it could be pretty easy to get 45mcg in one half, and 5mcg in the other.

also - for current users - what sides bother u the most?
 
i sweat alot. i need a fuckin fan blowing directly on me when i go to bed so i don't sweat all over. that's in addition to the air being cranked the fuck up. i sweat all over everything at the gym too, but my abs are more visible everyday. i hear that you may have trouble sleeping as well, not a problem for me though. a little time with johnny blaze, and it's off to the land of nod for me.
