Exotic Animals~~

i would have a white bangle tiger (if it was friendly), or a koala, or one of those tiny monkey's, like the one in "Ace Ventura".

I'd want a Bald Eagle. I would kill it and eat it. How many people can say they've eaten bald eagle?

i have a bengal cat , ehehe..
hes not very friendly except to me
they are interesting , being domestic/wild bred, u get the best of both worlds
nothing too crazy...

but as for other animals,
i would like to have a penguin farm someday if they werent so smelly :(

I have an Umbrella Cockatoo if that counts.

I had an African Gray for 10 years..
She was like a 2 year old kid..

Dread_Lady how long have you had your cat?

he is a little under 2 years old now, i got him at 6 mo.
hes almost full grown, but still putting on weight
hes kind of small for a bengal cat though
but its ok by me, he still looks cool

very timid cats

99.% of the peole with exotic pets make my blood boil. But then I see the other side of what having exotic pets does to the animal. It's selfish to keep animals like that and claim they are now domestic... WTF ever.

If you want an exotic, get a bird or lizard..

I have an awesome cat!! He's half Asian Tree Leopard, half domesticated house cat. He is the absolute coolest cat!!Solid muscle, and can carry things in his paws while he walks.
I would love a wonderful lil monkey...

Hmm...a fox, they're cool, they're like the size of a small dog, and they kill shit.

I've also had a bunch of ferrets, not sure how exotic those are though.

i know what a bengal cat is. i just never knew how you would go about getting one. they would make an awesome pet it seems.

I would love a spider monkey... but semi-exotic pets I have had are: chameleons, iguana, box turtle, peruvian pink toe tarantula, black emporer scorpion, ferret.... not totally exotic, but not exactly dogs and cats, either....

i love my cat
he is a little bit stupid, but his instincts are AWESOME
my favorite thing to do is catch a little lizard or even just the tail of a lizard, and he growls like a large dog, its a trip
i my opinion , when they are socialized right they do make good pets, timid around strangers of course, but a pet that is really fun
just don't let them outside or every bird and squirrel in the neighborhood will be dead and/or on your doormat.

savannah cats are also a cool breed - a few generations down, mind you - they are african servals bred with a domestic cat. they have really large ears and looong legs, neat looking, also spotted like the bengals.

you don't want to get too much of a "wild" cat because they will spray all over your house and be territorial. yeah, they may be good pets in some ways, but they are still far from what i consider good to have around in a house. the wilder they are, they really need cages, and i don't believe in caging a pet...

I've always wanted a starfish of my very own

i had a southern flying squirrel early this year but it died. it was actually the best pet i've ever had next to my dogs, i kept it asleep on me all day during school and work and it stayed up playing in my room all night. it died by getting my bed and suffocating under a pillow

I've got a prairie dog right now, shes pretty destructive if not monitored but can be surprisingly tame.

if i had the time/money to care for it, i'd like to have a brushtail or striped possum.
