Exfoliating?? How Often??

In realtion to exfoliating, do you do so every day before you shave guys??? I have sensitive skin and am concerned this could cause some redness and possible breakouts, plus I live in Florida and am constantly in the sun, so was thinking it might make me more sensitive to this aspect as well. Thanks for the help.

If your doing it for shaving reasons, then you can do it everyday. If just to clean out your skin I would do it once every week or 2

i wouldnt' fully exfoliate every day, you will inevitably increase oil production by overexfoliating... I do it every 2-3 days usually in the morning.

I bought some of that exfoliating goo from a buddy who owned a tanning salon(discounted down to a reasonable pirce)
eventaully gave all that sh*t to the GF
doesn't shaving itself exfoliate?
doens't the "old" skin help to protect the underlying skin so that when it gets to the surface it isn't as damaged?
I take enough heat from Gfs becuase I have more than one type of shampoo and gel
what's next for guys?
