I start hitting the gym again starting tomorrow. Thanks to Blut Wump, (where the hell did that name come from) he advised me to do full body workouts since I haven't lifted in 6 months. And for all you MF's...I haven't been lazy it's just there hasn't really been a gym nor an opportunity to get back in it until now. Wish me luck assholes...BTW...I'm going to stop drinking during the week, as well, to expediate my rebuilding process.

I thought about that too. I'm going to to do full body workouts EOD but I'm going to change the exercises EO workout. Cardio will be done every morning and after each workout. Plus, on the days off, I'll do calves, abs and cardio.
Sundays will be a day of rest and Saturdays will be light. :Chef: :tuc:
