Has anybody ever used this service? I created an account and have been trying to fund it but it's a friggin nightmare!

Use a wire transfer or Western Union. For the wire transfer, Western Union can probably do it. Choose the cheapest one. If you wire, wire to the US because it is faster. It takes me about 5 days to see my funds after wiring from outside of the US. It's not a nightmare.
