10% Bodyfat---But is using DNP---or T3---Clen---or whatever---What are you trying to accomplish? These things are not going to get you under 10% and keep you their---Its called a diet(strict)---All the bodybuilders that have stepped on stage know what Im talking about. I hear it all the time, " my body just cant get under 10% or ive tried every diet and still cant lose the bodyfat"---that is all just bullshit---These guys that get on stage are not that lean because of the drugs listed above(although they do help) its because they eat everything plain---Plain chix,plain egg whites, plain rice, plain oatmeal etc---and they dont do this for 3 weeks, they do it for 8 to 12----That is the truth so for everyone that complains that they just cant lose bodyfat and says that they diet real strict, your lying to yourself and you sound stupid to anyone who knows how to eat ---This is not to upset anyone, it is just reality---I wrote this because after reading a thread where a guy who was over 35% bodyfat had some responses from people stating that he should try T3 or DNP shit like that---That stuff is not going to help him or anyone else who cant stay strict with a diet!
