10% Bodyfat---But is using DNP---or T3---Clen---or whatever---What are you trying to accomplish? These things are not going to get you under 10% and keep you their---Its called a diet(strict)---All the bodybuilders that have stepped on stage know what Im talking about. I hear it all the time, " my body just cant get under 10% or ive tried every diet and still cant lose the bodyfat"---that is all just bullshit---These guys that get on stage are not that lean because of the drugs listed above(although they do help) its because they eat everything plain---Plain chix,plain egg whites, plain rice, plain oatmeal etc---and they dont do this for 3 weeks, they do it for 8 to 12----That is the truth so for everyone that complains that they just cant lose bodyfat and says that they diet real strict, your lying to yourself and you sound stupid to anyone who knows how to eat ---This is not to upset anyone, it is just reality---I wrote this because after reading a thread where a guy who was over 35% bodyfat had some responses from people stating that he should try T3 or DNP shit like that---That stuff is not going to help him or anyone else who cant stay strict with a diet! Peace
 
I hear ya. Took me 14 weeks to lose 17lbs. 16% - 8.5%. Doing cardio 3x a week. And all i used was some clen. People that say "cant" aren't trying hard enough.
 
they rely to much on chemicals and don't want to work hard
 
I for one am for chemicals but I just think its silly to take things like DNP or T3 if your bodyweight is over 10%-And you have no clue how to eat clean--It just doesnt make sense to me---

Wombat, you're absolutly correct. What we see day in and day out on this board is newbies jumping in and trying to get to the end result without knowing where to start...

Get the fundamentals down first: Diet, Training, Sleeping... make it your lifestyle, then look to supplementation later on....
 
Wombat, you are right and you are wrong all at the same time. You are grouping everyone over 10% bodyfat into one category. That is not how it is in reality. I'd say that about 25% of all the people who are over 10% BF and take dnp or whatever will get to under 10% and then would stay there. Those 25% will look at themselves in the mirror, see how good they look and will do anything to stay looking that good, to include lots of cardio. But, the other 75% will probably be fat asses again about 1 month later!lol
 
If 25% take DNP and get under 10% without a good diet which I dont think will happen in most cases---then when they come off they will look like shit again---They will not learn anything other then "WOw" I dont even have to diet to get to a pretty low bodyweight. It will be a constant yo --yo and they will never truly understand what it really takes to get a real low bodyfat %!----
 
Personally I never take anything to lose bodyfat, not even an ECA stack. I just stick to a clean diet and plenty of cardio. It ain't easy but it works.

No argument dude, clean diet is 95% of the equation but DNP can be that additional 5% just when you need it. I am 50 years old and it is hard to get below 10% bf. with or without gear.:eek:

Ok... But what if 15% of the 25% people over 10% use DNP? There might be a 75% chance that 20% of then will get below 10% with a 30% chance that 40% of them will remain and then a 90% chance the 5% out of the 25% will be fat asses again in one month..

Of course, there is a 50/50 chance of all this happening.
