Every 5th day?

I have heard some people say they use a certain amount every 5th day? Why is this exactly? Is it to get doses to come out to odd averages such as say 500mg week of say deca for instance, over a course of 8 - 10 weeks?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it's to help keep blood levels more consant.

Take sust for example, it comes in 250mg amps, so if you do weekly shots you have to choose between a 250mg or a 500mg dose. If for you 250 is too little and 500 too much, rather then doing weekly injects you do them every 4 - 5 days so your doing more then 250 but still less then 500.

But I know you should split up doses. I'm under the impression some people run given dosages every 5 days instead of per full 7 day week.

Most people like to do a shot once a week because it is easier . But the more frequently you inject the more stable the blood levels of the steroid will be. Plus The average concentration will also be higher.

So instead of injecting 500mg once per week you can inject 250 twice per week.
