I've smoked some of that bullshit before. The weed alternatives don't do shit really. Salvia is awesome though. It's nothing like marijuana. Some people don't get anything from it though. Salvia definately isn't a recreational drug either.

I've seen ads for them in High Times.

i would assume you would have to smoke copious amounts of it to imitate (never duplicate) the effects of real weed. But then you still might be only getting buzzed from lack of O2 to the brain.

I've heard the ones with kava kava additives can do something.
