I hear ya, I may have drug problems 2...lets see there were the rec. drug days of coke, meth, speed, weed, alc.


and now the supplment and aas abuse to an extent, I think about it all the time the long term problems that might occure. I went on tren 3 months ago and I am still not off, next week I will use 2 grams a week...Sure I have gained close to 20 pounds of muscle and have near perfect cuts but in the long sceme of things am I killing myself slowly in the name of vanity? I pray not.

I get to sleep ok, but wake up in the middle of the night and just can't "close the deal".
I tried Benadryl, Sominex, Tylenol Pm, Melatonin,...
Doc gave me a scrip for Ambien.
The first night I took a whole one...and woke up the next morning on the floor. I fell asleep halfway down the hall going to bed.
I cut back to half a tab and finally started getting a good night sleep,
but I still feel groggy the next morning.
Ambien is classified as a "hypnotic" and that pretty well describes it. I think it affects my dream cycle, and over time I think it makes me "emotionally flat" if that makes any sense.
I'm still take half a tab several times a week, but trying to find something better with less side effects.

I had problems sleeping a few years ago (that stupid broad) and my doc gave me ambien. I remember cooking food outside on the grill and taking one thinking that it would take an hour to take affect. WRONG. 10 minutes later I could barely make it up the steps to get into the house...lol.
