Ever gone so low carb...

you can barely function?

I am doing this right now days I lift (5 days a week) I have a very small amount right before and after I lift around 60 grams in total for the day. Days I don't lift it is less then 40 grams for the whole day.

I dunno if it is the heat or the no carbs or what but doing facking anything today is a struggle.

Good news is it is working actually I dunno if that is good news :worried:
 
I did no carbs for a while, felt like I was in a haze and was hungry all the time. I'd carb up on weekends and would get really hyper then pass out when I'd eat.

yeah low carb is tough

i do taper down but when normal things become hard I carb up

I carbed up this Sat on bad stuff and i am so bloated I HATE IT!

Cant wait to train after work tonight
 
I've done it for 3 months. It was'nt too bad, but I hate eating, so that helped.

ECA helped too.

I have 4 low carb days a week -- 2 @ 85g total & 2 @ 65g total........yes, it IS hard & I have trouble lifting on those days.....or doing cardio....
 
i didn't think it was that bad. i went under 40 and then one carb up day for a long time. Now i can't seem to care much. oh it will kill me and make my life miserable this i know.,
 
Just got this weeks diet from the trainer 50g of carbs a day every day. FUN!

Bran this was the first week I did low carb. I lost 3.5lbs my bf % went down to but I don't trust the way we are measuring it.
 
I've gone down to 50g/day, and it slowed my brain function to a crawl along with making me as weak as a kitten in the gym. Lost fat like a mofo though.
 
i could never ever go low carb i feel like shit all day and get headaches i dont hink its good for you

Carbs are your friend. :) Tonight I made friends with some nice Double Stuff Oreo Peanut Butter Cremes........we ain't friends no more though....as I ate them sumbitches'.
 
I'm used to it, in 1-2 weeks you'll be good while in ketosis.
I'm on crumcake, its bearable for me but then again, all that protein is probably being deaminated to sugar
Eating often helps

I did have psychotic periods though :)
 
Anything less than 50 is murder for me. I tried zero and was miserable. 75-100 and life is grand.
 
its happened :( I feel like total shit. I can't do super low carbs for that reason.

Caffeine does seem to get me through it temporarily, that does you no good at bed time though.
 
I'm right now at 80grs/day... sometims it gets hard just to keep up lifting the same weights I used to work with while doing 150-200grs/day... I swear it is only pride and willpower what makes me get that shit moving (I can't sustain the thought of weeks passing and actually lifting less thatn before, even though I know it is normal)
