ever get sick when starting up?

I have been on winny for the last month but ran out so I bought enough more for the next 2 weeks to make it a 6 week cycle. I injected last night and ended up sleeping all day ... then when i finally woke up at 3 in the afternoon I have been aching ever since. The stuff I got is a different lot than what I had before. Just wondering if anyone has experience the same thing...I feel like I have the flu. Could it be the winny?
