Ethical question on spreading relatives ashes

Grandma will soon be off life support. It is in her will that she wishes to be mixed with the ashes of her husband and spread over Oak Creek canyon in Sedona Az. My brother is out there now and im getting around much better and only have a few bandages left so will be joining him sometime in the near future. Anyways--my brother wants to bring home a small portion of the ashes and bury it in the back yard. Personally im against it.

Both grandparents had a wicked sense of humor and I was thinking of buying a fake hand and putting it in the ashes and let my brother dump it out. Considering my brother is the posterboy for prozac it would probably be funnier than hell.

Yeah so on top of everything else I have this to deal with. Ill probably spend a couple weeks and help him out setting estate sale. 3bdr ranch in Eloy AZ outside of Casa Grande if anyones interested.

If you want a wicked sense of humour, have a BBQ and use their ashes. Invite a whole bunch of people and tell them AFTER the meal is over.
