Estrone weaker than estradiol. The body can convert estrone to the more powerful estradiol when needed. They have similar effects in the body, the mail difference is amounts present, potency and source.

Testosterone aromatases into estradiol.
Androstenedion aromatases into estrone.

Where does Estrone come from? Is it from DHEA only? What if I dont take DHEA? I'm on HRT and take HCG and Test. Why is there estrone production if I don't take DHEA? Where is coming from?

i dont think you should be worried about eastrone, its too weak to have any real effect, estradiol is the culprit.

without getting into petty details they are the same and the effects are the same.
