estrogen to low?

would aifm alone off cycle cause estrogen to get to low cause i read that the immune system gets affected if estrogen really low, is there any truth to that? besides would doing this help with the puffy nips at all anyways? would there be any other benefits or side effects from this?

have done 1 mg of Adex before and THAT was too much, but it drove T levels back up again after a long ago botched PCT


You will know when its too much, back off asap when it happens then use less and less till you get a dose you like.

whats affected by to much Etrogen suppression? :

1) joints
2) Mood ( bad mood)
3) soft tissue regeneration
4) muscle flatness
5) lack of motivation for sex or training.

its a short list but the more common sides

2 and 5 and then add on Excess Fat deposition, Bloat, BP issues, etc.
