estrogen management with letrozole

hey all

as you guys probably all know letrozole is generally the cheapest out of the 3 major AI's. my question is what do you vets think a good dose and frequency would be to keep estrogen at a manageable level on cycle with letro without killing estrogen too much? i understand it's different for everyone one but what would some ball park numbers be?

im only using ostarine and s4 currently and will be using is as an AI with lgd4033 in the future.

It is cheaper, but it's also stronger than Arimidex and Aromasin, and as a result, it's harder to predict how Letro will treat you during a mildly suppressive ostarine/s4 cycle. If you're going to use Letro, though, I'd start with 0.25mg EOD or E3D - then adjust as needed.

thanks man, i was going to start at about .25 e3d so i think thats what i will do
