Estrogen Blockers??

Are there any estrogen blockers that I can buy over the counter, that are legal?? I know that I naturally absorb too much estrogen because I get puffy nipples and retain lots of water with bloating.

Not really, not any that have proven to do so....I've heard about flaxseed being able to lower estrogen, but I doubt it.....
