I did a prohormone months ago but my body just hassent seemed to bounce back properly. I got some type of fat or tissue build up on my sides after i ran haldrol 50 for a month. I always had a 12% body fat since i started lifting and I tried that stuff and I feel like my sides swelled out like a fat lair grew on the sides of my stomac. basically like love handles. My diet is very clean I tried everything. I figured it was from estrogen conversion but it dont seem to go back to normal but when i do cardio all week it feels like my stomac in the front is going down in fat reduction but my sides wont budge... Anyone know anything about this I didnt use good pct at the time. But I been to a Doctor for hormones and they said im ok from my blood work... but I deff dont feal ok..
or look the same.
 
Halodrol is a designer steroid.
Unless you mean Halodrol liquigels... in which ive tried, i can say it was the biggest waste of money. the box it came in did look cool though.


doesnt sound like estrogen conversion. just sounds liek your getting fat because.....you eat like shit......or...metabolism ...i dont know. ill let more educated members answer you

deff dont eat like shit Chicken and small portions of oatmeal along I try to keep carbs down and yes it was the design roid version of halodrol 50

my stomac changed a lot I had a six pack before I worked out pretty much
 
dont attribute everything to gyno

most of it is diet i guarantee you.

halodrol is a weak precursor to tbol, another weak steroid.
 
Get your hormones checked out again and ask to see the results, for me i had some issues due to my hormones, not diet.


So it doesnt have to be due to your diet i speak from personal experience.


But in your case mabye try some ZIP, Dermacrine Sustain, and low dose AIMF, to give you an edge, cut a few hundred calories aswell, cardio on empty stomach,ect.


Mabye add some Yohimburn ES as love handles can be tough to get rid of.

Bro your talking about your love handles that has nothing to do with gyno. u just have some extra fat. adjust your diet and training
 
Try this
Keep your protein and carb intake at the same gram rate ED
Keep your fat intake at less than 100 and not within 2hrs pre or post wo ED
No carbs after 7:00pm

Ab exercises, work obliques ... Hanging leg raises alternating from side to side
3x20

Oblique crunches with either a 45lb plate standing up leaning to the side
3x25

or .. with a cable

and... Cardio bro
Cardio can balance out almost any type of diet... you just gotta be hittin your target heart rate the whole time, and sweating balls
and of course... stay hydrated the WHOLE day.. if you get thirsty throughout the day, you lose.
