Well it has been 5 weeks since I started eating clean and doing cardio and lifting on regular basis(schedule).
Last night I took pictures of me....and have notice many changes..
I also took pictures BEfore I started eating clean..and my body shape has change as well.
I was very happy last night about my progress...
Would take pictures every 4-5 weeks.
also now I know what u girls mean my muscles under a layer of fat. I have notice in my legs that more muscles r showing..ohhh I am a happy camper...it is good to see changes.
The funny thing I was telling my sisters is that it is so easy to eat like this and it does not feels like I am in a diet. (which I hate that word DIET" people get mislead by it.)
For example, I got together with my 2 sisters and our kids. They wanted to go out for lunch and decided to go to Burger King.
1) it was not time for my meal.(I eat every 2-3 hours)
2) I did not crave any food(burger, fries, etc)
Just to let u know were I stand right now.
