Ester Sized (CEE HCL) , when to take?

I picked up this today at my local Musclemag. http://bodybuilding.com/store/est/es.html
Only 25 bucks standard price, almost half of what it is on that site (no one beats overall price my ass lol.

Anyway, i was wondering when the best time to be aking this stuff would be and with what? The label says before workouts for best bet, and 2 times daily overall. Was wondering if anyone with any prior CEE product usage found the sweet spot of timings.

ah yes and wondering about taking this with glucorell... Mac?

I take my CEE before workouts, works great! It's only in your system for a few hours... but on off days you can take for increased recovery 1/2 doses am and pm, ect.. if you want.



I doubt there will be a problem taking it with Gluc-R.
