Curious as to why Policosanol or garlic caps aren't listed under the cholesterol group. Otherwise, good post, as there a few things there I didn't know.

Thanks, I agree about the poli (I didn't write it so didn't want to add). As far as garlic goes, do you think 'cas its common knowledge it's been left out? That's basicly what I assumed.
