Once you decide to address what ever it is you do not like about yourself you will be freed from dating the wrong men. You chose them because you know it will not last long. Why? Because you know you will not open yourself entirely to them. You hold back. You are not totally available. So stop trying to trust someone that you will try to force away.
Accept who you are and let others do the same. You will find happiness that way. Those who do not accept you are the same people who are hiding things deap down inside much like you are right now. Find someone who is free to be themself. Be free also. That is how life should be lived!

It has an impressive impact on business skills and ones personal life.
It had me thinking about all sorts of stuff to the point where I would have to write down what was said so I could continue reading. I never would have finished the book otherwise!
