Patrick Arnold has a good reputation.
I took it once but discontinued in the middle of it. Everything I've read about it has been positive as an Anti Aromatase. I don't know if it really boosts test levels though.
PA claims that it inhibits estrogen so the body naturally produces more estrogen and testosterone at the same time in order to get the estrogen levels back to normal. It creates a higher Test to estrogen ratio.
I'd give PA the benefit of the doubt.
