least amount of side effects....put on about 10-12 lbs....not get real bloated...i am pretty lean now and am stuck at a plateau in the gym, want to get over that hump
although EQ,will aid in your quest to obtain quality muscle,it will only AID;if your diet is not in check,then you will have no chance of obtaining your goals IMO...in addition,how many cycles do you have under your belt?
