Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below i am going to do an equipoise only cycle for my first cycle. it will be 400mg per week for 10 weeks. clomid should be taken 3 weeks after the last injectin 300mg 1st day days 2-7 100mg days 8-14 50mg 15-21 50mg everyother day? is this right? as far as nolvadex should i take 10mg per day or what,i have heard different opinions, some say wait for gyno signs, but why would i wait for something to go wrong if i can just take 10mg per day? i am 5'10 165 9%bf what kind of gains should i see, and is there anything i'm forgetting, or that is wrong??

clomid day1 300 mg day 2-10 =100 mg, days 11-20 = 50 mg ,clomids to cheap to skimp also you probably wont have a need for nolvadex on that much eq so just keep it around in case , you might want to add an oral for 4-5 weeks at the start to kick start your cycle , i hope this helps bro good luck

3 weeks after is fine, yes. you can do an eq only cycle, but u need AT LEAST 600-800mg/week. or you can just add some test in there, 500/week and keep the eq at 400 and grow just fine
