Hey fellas, I'm thinking about a new cycle and I need your opinions/thoughts.
Stats:
- 35 yrs. Old
- 6'1"
- 228-lbs
- 11.3% BF
- Been working out since age 16
- Collegiate Baseball Athlete
- Still play in competitive sports (non-professional, nationally ranked)
- Crossfit Athlete, looking towards my first competition next year
- Semi-Paleo diet ( I can't completely stay off the carbs, but they're clean carbs like yams, whole beans, bananas, apples, and oranges).
Goals:: Want to add a little more strength, more aerobic capacity, and help/lubricate the joints & tendons a little since a lifetime of training/sports and now Crossfit has beat them up. However, not looking to add much more size or weight since it will slow me down in Crossfit competitions for speed and endurance. I'm looking at doing a cycle from a crossfit athlete's point of view and not necessarily a bodybuilder (I do have a lot of respect for you big guys, I know how much discipline is involved and how much you have to eat). By the way, I still weight-train (compound and isolation movements) after my crossfit sessions and focus on muscles that crossfit movements neglect.
Proposed Cycle:
Weeks 1-12: 400 mg/wk of EQ
Weeks 1-12: 25 mg/day of Proviron
Weeks 1-12: Clenbuterol (with the obvious 2-weeks on/off schedule during the 12 weeks)
Weeks 1-12: Nolvadex for AE
Weeks 1-12: 500 iu's of HCG every 4 days (e4d) (To prevent the boys from going dormant)
Weeks 13-15: PCT (nolva, clomid, HCG)
There is no Test since I don't really want to put on a whole lot of weight. I am a little concerned if the above cycle will mess with my libido, but I'm thinking the proviron might take care of it since it boosts libido. I'm looking at the proposed cycle from a Crossfit Athlete's point of view. I am open to taking Test if I need to.
Previous Experience:
1 cycle of Test-E only (great results, little bloat)
1 cycle of Tren + Test E (great results, no bloat at all)
1 cycles of Anavar + Test (great results, little bloat)
Thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated. For those of you that have been on a similar cycle, how much strength, weight have you gained? How much did you keep afterwards?
